Data Security and Account Protection

Encryption Standard

All personal data and payment details travel through 256-bit SSL encryption. When you deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, your transaction is tokenised so we never store your full payment credentials on our servers.

Cookie and Tracking

We use cookies to keep you logged in across sessions and to track how you navigate the lobby — which games you open, which tables you visit. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser; declining non-essential cookies does not block login.

Data Retention

Active account data is kept for as long as you play with us. After account closure, transaction records are archived for six years where local law permits, then securely deleted. You can request early deletion where permitted by law.

No. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share the minimum data with payment processors like DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS when processing your transactions. We may share anonymous, aggregated data with analytics partners to improve our service, but never your name, email or account history.

We delete your account profile within 30 days of closure. Transaction records are retained for six years where local law permits for dispute resolution and fraud prevention, then permanently deleted. If you want your data removed earlier, contact our support team and we will advise what is permitted under your local law.

Yes. Log in to your account and go to Settings > Account Security > Download My Data. Your complete profile, including all deposits, withdrawals and game activity, will be ready in CSV format within 24 hours. You can also request this via our support team by email.
